No. There's one monthly price for each size of fleet. Adding a driver or swapping a truck doesn't change your bill; moving into a bigger fleet size does.
It's the same Kyber either way. With "We run it" you pay a setup fee and a monthly fee, and we host, maintain and support it. With "Own it" you pay once for a licence to run your own copy on your own accounts, and add support if you want it. Most hauliers without their own IT choose the first.
